CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION
Cancellation requests made until October 15, 2026, will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.
There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date October 15, 2026. It will be possible to make name changes until the latest October 15, 2026.
All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.
MISCELLANEOUS
Should a delegate not attend the Meeting, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
